What else do you need to do to have it driving besides the stated above with the fuel stuff?

As of 2PM 9/16/09, It's alive! Started first try. No smoke, no leaks, idles smooth. Everything works so far. Should be driving by Sat or Sun, if not sooner. I did find out that Kooks long tube headers, Kooks X-pipe, Flowmaster mufflers and turndowns sound like shit. Catback is temporary. Thanks to Mark and Adam. Mark will have video of the big day up soon, I hope.
